Safaricom Plc operates within six major regions in the country. The regions include Nairobi East, Nairobi West, Mt. Kenya, Western/Nyanza, Rift Valley and Coast. This Expression of Interest (EOI) document is intended to lead to the identification of suppliers that can demonstrable having sufficient capacity to provide these Services in the best possible way and in a manner that enables Safaricom Plc to meets its expectations. Safaricom Plc is therefore soliciting from interested companies an Expression of Interest clearly showing the following:

• A company profile detailing the years of experience as prime service providers of local courier, mailroom management and experience as prime service providers of Relocation & Moving Services.

• The service outlets/offices of the company country wide clearly indicating the exact locations.

• The principal place of business and warehouse facilities

• Authority from relevant bodies to offer such courier, relocation & moving services (Provide evidence of compliance with statutory requirements, certification and all other relevant licenses).

• Current list of clients where similar services is carried out. Kindly specify for each service.

• Details of your company-owned fleet. Attach a list of Fleet to be used for service delivery

• Operating model for your current clientele i.e. either lease based or cash-based.

• List of commercial gym equipment available under the lease option and purchase option

• Dealership rights for the gym equipment
