We are seeking an experienced monitoring and evaluation consultant (individual) to conduct an endline assessment of our MSME ESG Development Program. The evaluation will focus on assessing the impact, effectiveness, and sustainability of the training interventions delivered to MSMEs.  

IIA with support from GIZ DTC SKIIVE Local Subsidies program is implementing a digitalization project in Kwale seeking to impart Kwale Women and Youth with digital skills that would increase their enterprise competitiveness and enhance their market and finance linkages. The main program objectives are to:

1. Equip beneficiaries with the requisite digital skills for effective trade and stakeholder engagement. 
2. Empower participants to leverage digital platforms for enhanced market visibility and brand awareness. 
3. Enable participants to leverage Biashara.Now Platform to access training, markets, and financing opportunities.

Invest in Africa (IIA) Kenya wishes to engage an experienced consultant to build/develop additional features into its product Biashara.Now platform.

The consultant shall be required to develop and integrate the following additional features:

1. USSD service to allow alternate access to the platform.
2. Improve the financing module to fully support our Access to Finance pillar.
3. Enhancement of the knowledge hub (dubbed “Biashara Academy”) with self-paced learning capabilities.
