SME's perfomance in Rwanda

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are engines of economic growth in developing countries. The significance of SMEs is underlined by the fact they account for about 90 percent of enterprises and 60 percent of employment at the global level. Because of the increasing population and rising unemployment in most parts of the world, SMEs are being considered as an alternative to conventional industrialization.
