IIA and AMSCO host Breakfast conversation Training with DR Dr.Ray Laferla

As part of our skills development program, Invest In Africa-Kenya and our Partner AMSCO hosted Partners and SMEs to a networking breakfast conversation. The training highlighted the key reasons why managers fail. The guest speaker of the event was Dr.Ray Laferla, CEO of Integrated Human Dynamic-South Africa. Dr.Ray Laferla is an International speaker, author and trainer and leading authority in People leadership and organization development.
