Instructions

1. Kindly Maintain the Exact excel format/ Template when replying.
2. Insert Your Prices on Column E.
3. Prices should be Exclusive VAT.
4. Kindly Quote on the unit of Measurement as provided (each for each, pack for pack…… etc)
5. Quote for original EOM parts.
6. If Unable to quote for a particular item, kindly enter zero (0) in the price column. (Column E).
7. Quotes received later than 13.03.2021 shall not be considered.
