Services Work plan

A detailed work Plan on how the service provider proposes to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the services offered over time.

Driver and vehicle monitoring

Availability of real time vehicle location and driver behavior monitoring system (speed, location, harsh brakes, acceleration, panic button) with the capability of running a historical report if required

Fleet

Should indicate the No of vehicles

Should indicate the mileage of the vehicles

Should indicate the Age of the Vehicles

 Reports

Vendor should show reports developed from Fleet management systems; summary reports sample showing billing summary, pick up and drop off points ,distance per trip, number and names of passengers per trip, number of failed trips and reasons

Availability of fully furnished Control rooms

Existing control room that is manned 24hours a day, and indication of emergency numbers, with 2 way communication gadgets to reach the drivers

Employee Vetting policy and Health and Safety policy.

Driver qualifications

Valid driving licences, proof of defensive driving training, customer care training etc

Indicate value added services that the organization will contribute in case of award (e.g. Police Escort and Close Person Protection Services)
