1 GENERAL Tullow Kenya B.V (hereinafter “COMPANY”), wishes to engage a suitably qualified and competent firm to provide Asset Tagging Services for its assets located in the Company operational areas in Kenya. Proposals shall be considered from contractors who will conform to the requirements detailed below: 2 SCOPE OF WORK a) Print asset tag with the following specifications; • Aluminium. • Barcoded. • Sequencing of the asset number that aligns to the Tullow tagging guidelines. • A tag bearing Tullow Logo. b) Conduct physical asset tagging and verification at all Tullow operational locations in Kenya. c) Prepare Fixed asset register excel based sheets with the following highlights; • Make • Model • Serial number • Location • Custodian • Condition • Asset name and description d) Reconcile the assets found physically with the SAP balances. e) Train respective people responsible for continuous asset tagging. 1 INSTRUCTIONS 1.1 General 1.1.1 You are requested to respond to all the questions contained in Questionnaire hereto, and you may provide additional information as attachments to your response, where you consider this is beneficial. 1.1.2 Failure to complete the questionnaire in full will lead to your exclusion from the Request For Proposal (RFP). 1.1.3 All costs and expenses incurred by yourselves in connection with responding to this RFP shall be to your account and will not be refunded to you, irrespective of the outcome. 1.1.4 In context, the words “you” and “your” in this questionnaire represent the legal entity that would perform a Contract. 1.1.5 Except as may lawfully be in the public domain: a) You are required to hold and keep the information provided in this RFP, and any correspondence that may arise in connection therewith, confidential and not transmit or distribute it other than within your organisation strictly for formulating your response; and b) All information provided by you will be treated as, and kept, confidential by COMPANY. 1.2 Return Date Please provide your full response by 04th October 2019, no later than 1200 hours. 1.3 Single Point of Contact Should you have any questions or queries concerning this RFP, please direct your correspondence to the following COMPANY single point of contact: Name: Joshua Ashene Email: joshua.ashene@tullowoil.com The tenderer is to respond to each of the questions set out below.
