If your firm is interested and is available during the timeframe, please submit your technical proposal and cost proposals.  In order to conform to 748  guidelines, your company should acknowledge receipt of the RFP  on email (sales@748airservices.com ) indicating its interest to participate.

Proposals will be evaluated based on the set following criteria:

1.            Past Performance including timeliness, quality of work.

2.            Past Experience

3.            Proposed team with their proposed level of effort on the engagement and qualifications.

4.            Proposed completion schedule.

5.            Proposed Cost.

The proposals should be submitted both by e-mail and hard copies as per ‘submission instructions” page 7 of the RFP by the closing date and time stated therein. This RFP in no way obligates 748 Air Services Limited to award a contract, nor does it commit 748 Air Services Limited to pay any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of the proposal.
