Tullow Kenya BV (hereinafter “Company”), wishes to engage a firm to provide Field VHF support and Maintenance services, as more particularly described in the attached Scope of Work (Sow) and the standard contract Documents, in support of its operations onshore in Kenya. You are hereby invited to submit tender proposal for the subject work, all as described herein. Your tender is required, in electronic format, to be received by close of business (5pm), Kenyan time, on 17th September 2018. All information regarding this ITT is confidential and you are requested to observe that release of information within your organisation and to subcontractors should be limited on a need to know basis. All communications with respect to the ITT prior to submission should be addressed in writing to the undersigned. You are specifically requested to acknowledge receipt of this ITT and its enclosures by emailing acknowledgement to chantal.ongaro@tullowoil.com to confirm receipt and whether you intend to submit ITT by the closing deadline or not, by close of business on 6th September 2018. Please also complete, sign and return the hard copy of the Confidentiality Agreement by 6th September 2018. Please ENSURE you fill the low risk due diligence questionnaire attached herein and submit the form together with supporting documentation required, by the ITT closing date on 17th September 2018.
