EOI Technical Requirements

This Expression of Interest (EOI) is intended to lead to the identification of suppliers that can demonstrate having sufficient capacity to provide landscaping services in the best possible way and in a manner that enables Unilever Kenya Limited to meets its expectations.

Unilever Kenya Limited is therefore soliciting from interested companies an Expression of Interest (EOI) clearly showing the following:

1.

Business Ownership

At least a 51% ownership by women (Women-owned SMEs are firms with more than 51% women's ownership & leadership)

2.

Service Provider’s Company History, Scope of Operations and Financial Stability

Company’s history and scope of operations. Company’s purpose and focus of operations

Number and scale of landscaping operations

Personnel count and composition (job classification)

Yearly revenues from landscaping service related activities for the past three years

Comprehensive HR & Safety Policy

Legal Compliance

Valid tax compliance certificate

Licensed

4.

Quality of References and On-Site Evaluation

Five (5) references for service operations. Include with the reference information the current contact information and contact person details for the facility or organization serviced by the business.

Understanding of Unilever Landscaping Scope and other requirements

Demonstrates understanding of the basic scope of services and performance requirements stated in the EOI.

Staffing and hours of operation.

6.

Quality of Landscaoing Services Proposal

Proposal neatness and ease of understanding

 

 

PROJECT DELIVERABLES

The general scope for provision of Landscaping Services shall include:

• Landscaping services

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• It is the responsibility of the contractor to show commitment to providing consistent high quality services from the very first contact.

• Compliance with industry standards, best practice, regulations and procedures.

• Compliance with guidelines as shared by the Ministry of Health, Directorate of

Occupational Safety and Health Services, WHO and local authorities
