In the pursuit of this objective and to comply with The Energy Act, 2019 and Energy (Energy Management) Regulations 2012, the company intends to recruit a reputable Energy Audit firm to provide Energy Audit Services.

The Audit activities will be concentrated in facilities and telecom tower sites that meet the energy use and annual consumption levels as per the criteria provided for in the Regulations. Safaricom is therefore soliciting for Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested and qualified providers of this service.

The successful firms will be invited for a competitive tendering process from which the supplier with the highest overall points will be selected.

 Purpose.

The principal objective of this EOI is to obtain information from licensed Energy Audit firms on their capabilities and experience. Interested companies are required to submit information as per the response requirements below.
