Safaricom outsources the Supply, installation, maintenance & support of baggage scanners to professional firm(s), who offer specialized services in line with the agreed terms of reference. This requirement is for the identification of a suitable service provider to offer Supply, installation, maintenance, and support of baggage scanners.

Submission of Responses

The Expression of Interest proposal should be submitted in the below format:

1 List of corporate clients where firm has offered similar services- (Provide Contact Details)

2 Letter from OEM. Direct Manufacturer Authorization Letter from the Proposed system(s)

3 Company profile, portfolio, and structure

4 Evidence to demonstrate that the proposed Baggage scanner detects weapons, narcotics, and metallic objects and automatically prompts alerts

5 Evidence to demonstrate that the proposed system is compliant with international standards.

6 Valid Tax compliance

 The Bidder/partner must have at least 3 (Three) Certified Engineers/personnel. Certified by the OEM

7 Confirm the availability of spares locally for the proposed Baggage scanners. (Attach CV and Certificates)
