Safaricom outsources Builders & civil works services to professional firms, who offer specialized services in line with agreed terms of reference to realize company projects. This requirement is for the identification of a suitable firm(s) to offer Building, Civil Infrastructure & Interior Fit Out Works for both new and revamp projects. The service will be required on need base and the roles under this scope of work are outlined below.

1. Develop working drawing – After the site inception.

2. Provision of qualified manpower

3. Procurement of quality materials

4. Developing project implementation plan within client’s timelines

5. Attending to sub-contractors

6. Site commissioning and hand over including AS built drawings.

7. Attending defects during DLP.
