The Expression of Interest (EOI) is intended to lead to the identification of a reputable firm/s to offer the implementation of CCTV Analytics Integrated Solution running on the existing Milestone platform.

The Ethics and Compliance Department wish to engage a firm that specializes in Ethics management with relevant experience in the Telecommunications Industry to conduct an ethics assessment and survey. The Ethics survey/ ethics assessment is the starting point of an ethics management review. Its main objective is to obtain an accurate picture of Safaricom’s ethical position. It assists in identifying ethical challenges and developing ways to handle these challenges. It also aids in evaluating the effectiveness of the ethics program. The assessment is a follow up to the ethics questions in the survey conducted previously and most recently from the staff survey questions of FY 2019/2020. It is expected that the supplier/firm will engage with representatives from all divisions and selected stakeholders to obtain a clear picture of Safaricom’s ethical position.
